Refund Policy

All sales are final. All payments are final and non-refundable once an order is placed. This includes model build fees and charged revisions.

Hosting fees are non-refundable, including partial months. You may cancel paid hosting at any time; cancelling stops future hosting charges, and hosting continues through the end of the month you have already paid for.

The one exception: if Northwest 3D Homes declines an order before work begins, we will refund the full payment for that order.
