What we collect

Account and order details you give us (name, company, email, phone), a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password itself), the plans, files and finish selections you submit with orders, questions you send through our contact form, and basic technical logs (such as IP address) used for security and rate limiting. When you confirm a revision request, we record the time and IP address of that confirmation. When you accept a charge or a free revision, we record the time and IP address of that acceptance.

How we use it

To build and host your walkthrough models, run your account, calculate and send invoices, respond to you, and keep the Services secure. We use a strictly necessary login cookie; we do not use advertising cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host our website and data, when required by law, or with your permission. Hosted walkthrough links are viewable by anyone you share them with.

Storage and security

Your data is stored with our hosting provider. Uploaded files are private and available only to you and to us. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing [email protected]. We may keep billing records as required by law.
